How to Ditch That Mean Inner Voice and Listen to Your Inner Wisdom

We’ve all experienced it: you’re clicking along, getting excited about a new project or event, and then it hits. A nasty little voice pipes up, telling you all sorts of mean things.

“You’re not smart enough to make this as awesome as you think it’s going to be.”

“This will never work.”

“You’re not good enough.”

“You’ll fail.”

Then, consciously or unconsciously, you put the brakes on. You allow this inner saboteur to mess with your big dreams, your big plans, and your big visions.

It’s time to put a stop to this madness!

My friend Amy Ahlers is a life coach and co-founder of the Inner Mean Girl Reform School, and she specializes in helping people just like you to connect with their inner wisdom and follow it straight to a life they love.

On the podcast, she talks about how to get your inner Mean Girl (or Guy) out of the driver’s seat of your life so you can listen to and follow your inner wisdom.
